Manual seat pocket regrinding machine with cut-off device for oversize brazed HM teeth on HM circular saw blades from 100 to 600 mm Ø. 800 mm Ø can be provided on request.

This machine is fitted with a double grinding wheel mounting and a double saw blade holder for two different purposes.

  • Right-hand side:
        Regrinding the plate seat after unbrazing using a ceramic grinding wheel 175 mm dia. and 4 mm wide with an adjustment scale from 15° negative to 35° positive with blade thickness adjustment.
  • Left-hand side:
        Cutting off oversize teeth using a diamond cutting wheel 150 or 175 mm dia. ca. 1 mm wide. Adjustment scale for clearance angle from 15° negative to 35° positive. The cut-off process takes place below an angle of 0° to the axis.

  • Additional uses:
    -Offsetting the back of the tooth

    • -offsetting the chip limiter on BG saw blades
    -breast grinding with the help of a diamond grinding wheel
    -re-sharpening the saw blade circumference below 0°
    -Alternate top beveled can be provided at extra cost.
